Ted, thanks for the reply. I purchased a 4 pole pick up from skeesix, and wired it to the drawing you filed in your post. Thanks for giving additional information on how to test, Its simpler than i thought (alot of common sense).I didn't want to close up the box before i was sure everything was working fine. Thanks for your input and knowledge, its much appreciated.

What kind of pickup are you using?

Here's a wiring diagram to follow to get the proper circuit.

You can test the completed circuit by holding the pickup above the strings of another guitar. Or you can hold a dremel or electric drill over the pickup and use it as a tone generator.

If you're not good with electronics I can supply everything you need presoldered.

The bridge is a resonator coverplate.
