Picture the scene...

You are at a gig. The first set has been blinding. You are sweaty, grinning like a maniac and wondering if life will even be worth living after the show, because nothing will ever beat this. Period.

The 'band' retake the stage, the drummer and the bloke who hangs around with the band (the bass player) bring it back in with an infectious rolling rythm, the lead vocals requests you 'put your hands together' to welcome a 'very special guest', we are honoured to be joined by etc etc, and on walks the most unexpected guest you could have thought of. But theres more! He (or she, or it, or them) are packing CBGs!

Living or otherwise, for better or worse, or just for the sheer hell of it, who's it gonna be??

Lemmy from Motorhead maybe? Postman Pat perhaps? Gordon Ramsey playing a mandolin cbg?

the Reverend Horton Heat !! this will probably end up playing a "Bo Diddley" Gretsch :)
I would most love to see me on the same stage with Shane and Keni Lee and Doctor Oakroot and Mark VicKroid and Hollowbelly and Blind Doughboy and Seasick Steve and KnotLenny and BluesboyJag and Pat MacDonald and Ben Prestage and the Joker and BDaddy (Darren) and CanJoe*John and ?????(anyone else that loves to jam) and yes, even Johnny LoweBow. Oh, gotta have Lonnie Pitchford, Rev. KM Williams and One String Willie on Diddley Bow and (I know they don't claim to be players, but I want them up there anyway) Ted Crocker, JuJu and Diane from Chicago. All these guys are my CBG heroes in one way or another. Everyone playing at once would probably sound like heck, but I wouldn't care.... it would be the experience of a lifetime....

Rock, blues and otherwise CBG on,
the best,

Wichita Sam
My list and why's!!!

1. James Hetfield (Metallica) Because he is the one that got me wanting to play guitar in the first place!
2. Kerry King (Slayer) only because it would be a great image
3. Neal Young - Because he rules that way.
4. Jason Voorhees (Friday the 13th) Why not!!!! I bet he'd "kill" it.
5. Me (No band) Because I love the attention!
6. SRV - Because I miss his playing!
7. Robert De Niro - "Are you jam-in wit me? I said are - YOU - jam'in - WIT - MEEEE"? LOL
8. My father (R.I.P.)
9. Me (no band) Because I still love the attention
10. Bub (Day of the Dead) Only because Zombies are fun!!!!
Elvis, I don't think it would put him out any. After all, he has been seen everywhere at one time or another.
Robert Fripp, of course, performing "Red" and "Vroom".
Derek Bailey. Eddie Hazel.
What about Scott H. Biram? Did he ever play one?
well i guess ill chime in since i havent seen it on here yet hows about a little duane allman!
For shear cowpunk-psychobilly power Hasil Adkins would be my choice...of course if the CBG makes it through the set I would be surprised. Jack White is playing one now. Sonic Youth would be awsome!!!
Frank Zappa
Hank III
Jeff Beck
Zakk
Randy Rhoade (R.I.P)
Buddy Guy
Jonny Lang
