This could be git related or not. So, what's on your workbench at the moment?

I have 4 scarf joint necks in different stages of work.

A 25" scale pine 5 string neck for a Banjo-Res, A 25" scale Red Oak neck for my 6 string Strat-Res build, A 24 & 1/2" scale Red Oak neck for my 6 string Double Cut Tele build and a 27" scale 6 string Baritone Conversion neck for a Modern Strat body I have.

i have  a PC rebuilt and just needing to transfer the HDD from the old one. a 3W amp kit with 2 speakers waiting for a preamp to build into a cigar box. a 20W  amp module power supply and a RP50 board to rebuild a Marathon amp that has a dead amp board. my 600mm scale length CBG almost finished waiting on some ebay stuff from china to finish the induction pickup. and the start of a Ukulele.

Got lots of backed up projects. 6 guitars and 2 tube amps. Several Ideas brewing.

3 months ago, the radiator overflow reservoir sprung a leak on my 2003 Ford Ranger. It turned out to be a dealership item only. Decided against a salvage yard since a plastic item at 14 years of age would be a bad purchase. Advance Auto and Autozone had a universal metal replacement part for 75 to 130 dollars. So I went to my local hardware store and purchased 30 dollars worth of PVC plumbing materials and glued them together to make my own replacement part. It works great and hasn't deformed from heat or exposure to Antifreeze.

Nice work.

This thing is still working fine without any leaks. I'm calling this a success.

I'll call this little job a success. It's been doing a great job for a year now without any leaks.

I am making a SG CBG named what else? SGI, SG inspired. More like a junior though, will only have 1 tone and volume, a snake oil pickup, and using a hardtail bridge.

Lonman, did you finish this one?

Yea, I am pretty pleased how this turned out. Real fun to play.

That's really sweet!! I like that a lot

thank you

That looks good Lonman.

I wonder if the solid sides attached to the box changes the overall tone?

wish I could tell you, I would need a seasoned player to play it I suppose. Here is a video I did for it;
