Uke boards dead, so I'm asking here...

Is there a difference between a soprano and a concert bridge/saddle? If so, what is the difference?

Typically  there is little to no difference.  The variations between ukuleles of the same size are about as large as the variations between ukuleles of different sizes.

The bridges might be a little  larger on a concert,  but not by much.  On a tenor they are slightly larger again and possibly a bit more guitar like.
