are there any plans somewhere on how to make this? I really wanna have a go
If you look on the guy's youtube channel, he's made a smaller version. There are several places where you can see how he put it together. I'm going to try and build one based off that.

Found some plans to make one, however this one is a lot more elaborate. But from this you can get an idea of how they are made and tuned. The one in the video is a lot easier to build since it only has 7 stings.http://www.si.edu/Encyclopedia_SI/nmah/hdmake.htm
