Those are pretty slick, a lot faster than freehand?
A lot more accurate at making straight folds. I love mine when I sold bike parts online a few years ago. They are about $15-$20 online.
Worth it's weight in gold. Box resizer. I got mine at eBay years ago.
Bicycle boxes from bike shops. Usually free, but some charge a few bucks.

I make my own boxes from cardboard rescued from the recycling drop off centre near me.
Also Jon, if you can get ahold of large appliance size boxes, you can make your own custom boxes?
