LM386 makes a great low power amp. Surprisingly loud with the right speaker. Your build is also a lovely piece of furniture into the bargain.

<p>I'll bet that sounds great. I like the way you cut the back of the amp for the magnet. Cool idea. I'd like to see a wiring diagram. It looks like you did a very simple rendition. Just the IC and a couple capacitors from what I can see.</p>
