"Seduced Into Crafting: My Life as a Sound Searcher" is a 7 minute TEDx style speech delivered by Shane Speal on cigar box guitars and how they radically changed his life.  We have the full video.

Man Creates Entire Song Using One Note on a Guitar + a Few Pedals

The Atchison Trio Perform "My Babe" on Homemade Instruments
Not only is band great, but they also deliver a well filmed video that features tons of delicious antique cigar box guitars behind them.  Oh...and the guitar tone has some of the greasiest distortion you'll hear all day.
Check out this drum set made from plywood!
Here's a wild idea:  combine various sized CAJONS into a fully functioning drum set.  That's exactly what the folks at German-based Schlagwerk Cajons did at this year's NAMM convention.  Cigar Box Nation's owner, Ben "C. B. Gitty" Baker filmed this quick demo.
