Of my 3 resonators my Washburn ES10 is by far the best playing and sounding... The problem I have with it is that it does not have a pickup in it... That was fine when I was just using a dtomp box but now I'm doing OMB (Drums) and the real estate around where a geetar mic has be be is tighter than a mouse's ear so...
I reckon the only answer is to 'lectrify the sumabich...
So, the question is: What is the best resonator pickup to use??? BTW it is a spyder bridge reso...
Also keep in mind that though I've never taken my reso apart I probably can figure that out but not all that interested in having to do that to change a battery...
Thanks ahead of time fir any help...

Yeah, Stacy, that would be great.... Does it have a preamp wired into it??? I also have a Oscar-Schmidt, which I belive is a cheapie line of Washburn??? It has a pick-up in it but it is, no offense, a lousy resonator but I've been having to perform with it but the only way it sounds half way decent is to run ir rhey my Blues Junior and with a mic right up next to the speaker and then run that thru the PA...
If you have any idea on the Oscar Schmidt to make ot sound betyter I'd appreciate it... I'm not sure what model it is but it's a black cut-away and has a biscuit... Tone and volume controls but I doubt if it has a preamp 'cause it don't take no batteries...

I could see if we have any of those pickups laying around here if you like (I work for Washburn, believe it or not)
