My first post, but I've been lurking and learning here for a couple years.  I've built about a dozen cbg's (2,3,and 4 stringers, fretted and fretless, as well as a couple amp kits).  Some of which even sounded pretty good.

Mostly I joined the site because I wanted to say thanks for all the info I've received from the many google searches about cbg's that inevitably sent me here for the correct answers time and again.  And of course, I have unashamedly soaked up every riff, technique, tip, hint, song and lesson that this website has to offer.

Anyway, I been practicing.  Next step is a video or two (for practice AND some constructive heckling from the distinguished constituency herein).  After I get that under my belt I plan on crashing the local small town festival for some busking experience. At the least, I'll hover outside the boundaries. Thereafter, I reckon I'll have a crazy 'ol lady name of cocaine Katie who embroideries on my jeans...

Thanks again for your help in not sucking at guitar near as much as I used to.

Road Rash Roy.
