Looking around guitar gear on the web I came across a mini travel guitar + gigbag case. That set off a lightbulb as I realized that a CBG is roughly the same size as these travel guitars. Anyone use this option for their CBG?

Make one from  a leg of an old pair of jeans , Velcro one end , stitch the other ,  cut a hole for handle  . or stitch one on .

If you have  a double neck , or wanna  fit 2 in .  you dont even  have to cut one  leg off ;-).

need more padding ?  use snow pants .

I just went with the reverse of the old gangster days when they carried their Thompsons in a violin case and got an assault rifle case on sale at a local sporting goods shop. Nice black padded soft case with a handle and shoulder strap.

I haven't tried a travel guitar gigbag but MGB bags are nice and specifically made for CBGs.

The gigbags for the Fender Squier mini strats work great for cbg's and are $30. Nice padding and fits my 3 through 6 string builds.

Fender mini strat gigbag

Yeah I was just looking at that, seemed like a good bag.

Got my assault rifle case for $10.00 on sale.

Sweetwater has a Fender Urban Strat bag for $30 that work great!

Nevermind, Derek beat me to it!
