I'm interested making a medieval style CBG. Anyone made any or has any ideas, pictures etc of any?

Here's a Lute I made a couple of years ago,trouble is the bowl shaped back is almost exactly the same shape as my beer belly so I have trouble reaching the strings.

Also have you seen Gerry Coon's photo of his beautiful box lute
