I am currently making cigar box guitar pick ups. I have sold several on ebay. I thought i might try the forum. My pick ups sound very good and are made with professional parts. the bobbins are cut on a CNC mill. i am only asking 25 dollars plus shi

Noises from pick up

So i bought one of those pre-wired pick ups from e-bay, turn "tone" down no noise, turn it up get sort of static noise, does the same with the "volume" switch too.. Any ideas on how to cure this problem..
