Yes it's better if the complaints come from the owners of the site, according to Ning.The other guitar site I went and joined was run by Ning and I had no pictures there either. They are working good now.
I'm not overly computer savvy, but my internet provider was telling me that the site I am trying to access has insufficient security licences, so blocked me.

Ning must have finally gotten tired of all the complaints and fixed it. All anyone can do is post complaints to them, and hope that they fix it each time. When we complain to Ben and Shane, that is also all they can do.
