Do you have a 6-string, but mainly play CBG? I do. I was gonna learn traditional guitar, until I discovered Vestapol tuning. Keni Lee Burgess talks about this a lot. It's DADF#AD This tuning is easier for slide players. Because of this, you can play what your CBG music on the 6-string, using bar chords. If you don't know this tuning, try it.
