Awesome reminder thread Buddy! Great way for anyone to improve their chops.

There are so many different styles of music to choose from. Totally awesome for improving. Great way to explore new styles and improve your soloing. Try singing over these tracks as well.

For those looking to play over jazz try the smooth jazz tracks first. They are usually in 4/4 timing. Never played with a jazz feel? Try this count. It's an easy way to get a smooth 6/4 polly rhythm.

Start by counting triplets.
ONE and a TWO and a THREE and a FOUR and a.
Now to make it a polly emphasize six down beats.
ONE and A two AND a THREE and A four AND a.
You get.
1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 5 and 6 and.
For those wanting to go farther divide the six into triplets. You will loose the original 4/4 feel. Takes a bit of practice.

You'll notice the beat will switch from the usual rock 'one TWO three FOUR'. To a 'ONE two THREE four'. A jazz feel.

Awesome link RTZGUITARS! Downloaded 22 of those tracks! Can drag and drop these into Garage Band and record myself working on chops!
