• Noon - Pacific Time 
• 1pm  - Mountain Time 
• 2pm  - Central Time 
• 3pm  - Eastern Time

So, I think that those who have control of this site, need to make a sticky post, or whatever. Since they have changed the time, so that everyone can see it, each time they come on the site. Then I wouldn't have to post reminders in chat, or even this post.

It came out in the newsletter Ben sends weekly/monthly? I think it just comes on at a time when most are working?
