First Annual Sunny California VIRTUAL CBG & Roots Music Fest ~ February 2nd until ????

You, my friends are cordially invited to the First Annual Sunny California VIRTUAL CBG & Roots Music Fest

(Note: as used here, virtual means IMAGINARY).

This is a potluck meal, so please bring a covered dish. If you can, bring a signature dish from your region, such as fried okra from the American south, tortillas from Mexico, sweet corn from Iowa, Fish and Chips from the U.K. and Vegamite sandwiches from Australia.

Please RSVP and tell us what vehicle you will be driving and what snacks you are bringing. Air Force One takes up a lot of space. There will be limited parking for air craft. There is plenty of boat and submarine parking, but it is first come first serve. We have room for over 100 buses. We've been told to expect busses from Canada, Mexico, Australia, Holland and the U.K. We hope the U.K. folks will drive at least one of those double decker busses.

Activities include: continuous open mike in several different areas. Vendors. Submarine races. Disc Golf Tournament. Largest and smallest fish contest at the fishing event . Nude beach. Regular beach. Disco. The grand opening of the west coast branch of Uncle John's Pawn shop (free corn dogs to the first 500). Ugly dog contest at 4 pm. Goat Rope Rodeo at 5 pm. And MANY MORE.

Always trying to be helpful Uncle! Sounds like you guys stuck up there in Donner Pass are eating on each other’s nerves! Stop looking at the fat guy, hike 16 miles NW, there’s a cafe and you can get some supplies!

Hey UJ I'm rolling over Donnor pass on the silver bullet. Railing in from Colorado. Grabbed a couple gifts and some homemade sheet music. On the way to the train station I killed a bear with my loose leaf note book, ( I brought it with me for the bbq) your welcome to share my luxury rail car. It sleeps 12 and you could toe the bronco behind till it can be repaired. They got a full kitchen and the food is FREE. My spouse is an engineer so she's running the train. Meet me at the cafe and I'll hook you up!!

Sadly I think I am going to miss the entire festival unless I can get a governers pardon. Made it to southern Michigan and tried to obtain the first piece of my build it on the road guitar. As had I initially headed east I thought a "wrong way" sign would make a great top for my build. A state trooper had other thoughts and now I am a guest at the grey bar motel. Please send a cake with a nice file in it, I heard that works a treat for early release. Also please send pictures of the nude beach, I think they would make me popular here with the other guests.

:) Man, that sign would have been good on a guitar. PO-leese have very little humor. Will send photos from the nude beach (of the CBN guys of course). I really need all my files. And sorry, the bail bond department is closed until after the fest.

I kind of fear that all of us on the road could swell the jail systems.
