It's Autumn Instrument Building Season and we're going full tilt at Cigar Box Nation. If you're not checking our Facebook page daily, you're missing out on 5-8 homemade features/videos/cool things each day.
This week's featured instrument is the Cohiba CBG 1 by Jon Clemence. Jon says, "I had the chance to make a CBG for one of the band members of Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness (turns out the bass player is my friend's younger brother). I knew he liked Bob Dylan, so I tried to make something that I could picture a young Dylan playing.
The instrument features a Cohiba box, P90 and piezo disc pickups, oak neck, walnut fret markers. It's by far the best sounding guitar I have made.
