Friends, Luthiers, various madmen, show me your builds.

I've been looking on here, can't find a collection thread anywhere, so I'm starting one.

Show me just how many you all have built over the years.

Show me your Diddley's, your Chuggers, CBG's, Canjos, Banjos, Licence Plates, amps, everything.

Here is Mine, I got Diddley Bows, Diddley Basses, Chuggers, 3, 4 and 5 Stringers, baritones and one that sounds like a banjo and all made from various tins:

I've been meaning to do a "Family" pic for awhile now. At 16 guitars and CBG's, it can be a chore to do and getting them to behave is also a challenge.

My latest 2 builds aren't in this pic but here's a fairly recent family pic...

very collection, not sure what I like more the pin up girl on the left or the Lace equipped paint tin lid on the right. the box in the middle is that an amp or a stomp box?

The box in the middle is a foot stomper. The others in the front are amps. Here's another family pic with a couple more recent builds.

very nice 4 stringers, nothing like a good 4 string with a Mini Humbucker.

We made the mistake of downsizing our house before I started making CBG's

that's one hell of a collection, thought mine was big. Love the License Plate guitars. that 4 string resonator is interesting, Is that a Tenor guitar?

That resonator is a tenor. There are photos of it on my page.

Got a few hanging out in the shop

nice collection. I like the Les Paul esque Cigar Box on the right, reminds me of Bo Diddley's guitar. question: is that branch on the left a build or just a branch?

Thanx! The "Less Paulie" is a screamer

The stick is just a stick

Hi JP, although I have built many cigar box guitars and have heaps hanging on the wall, these are for sale, so I only have three that I would call part of my collection. And I'll show those along with the other collections I have.

I'll start with my butterfly and stamp collections first...........................only kidding.

First is a collection of guitars and violins, 14 in all, that have been left with me due to the cost of repairing them was too expensive for the customer. I'll get to then asap.

Next some of the collection of old parlor style guitars acquired over the years. Then there are my electrics that I own and play. The Strat is a collectable 84' Fender Squire made from USA parts in Japan. The other two are Evans guitars of Honduras Mahogany with Gibson humbuckers and Rosewood/Burdiken plum faced with Seymour Duncan pickups. More later. Taff
