Biscuit Resonator help.

I don't know my around CBG Nation yet so, I'll put this here & hope someone sees it.

I bought a 6" biscuit resonator kit (cone, cover, buscuit & bridge) for a uke.  I'm thinking of making a sound ring or whatever they're called out of a cheap 6" tamborine frame. Since my Dobro is a spider resonator I can't go by it, but I think I have most of this figured out. I made a maple neck with a cool headstock & a rosewood fret board I'll use with a Gibson (24.75") scale. The box is a hand made job I picked up a couple of years ago that's the only one I have with the size & depth.

 Any comments, pictures, ideas or help will be great.
