Has anybody tried cutting pickup? I have an under the bridge strip style pickup I would like to cut for a 3 string resonator.Will it still work if I cut it?
No matter what, I just didn't like it!
It looked good, I had the set-up pretty close so it was very playable.

Looking at the web sites that sell luthier supplies, they want hundreds of dollars for a couple pieces of wood.
Home depot etc. have popl
I know some use them, but how much luck have you had with them? Do they sound good? Do you have to wrap the heck out of them with wire to get a good sound?
