whats wrong? if the nut to 12th fret doesnt measure 15 1/4" then find out what it is for example say it measures 15",then 15.25/15 x100 means you need to print at 101.6% size you would need to pick either 101 or 102.. i would go for the 102 seeing as it is printing small. if the measured is bigger than whats expected then print at 99% or what ever it works out to be.

make sure that "fit to page"is turned off. if not the printer will shrink the image to fit the margins of your printer.. try looking in the properties of the printer when you go to print and turn the margins to 0 and check that it is printing 100% . its called either shrink to fit or fit to page .....

No joke! If I'm reading this program right, it even tells you how to set up a tail piece to the correct lengths of each string so you don't have to skew the bridge.

Damn it! Finally got the friggen printer to work. Nut to #12 fret is 3/4" off! Glad you warned me about printer accuracy! What a bummer, next week when I get into town I'll go to a staples or office depot and have them print some out for me in different scales.

"Fan frets"? Aren't they used for "Just intonation"…
