What's on your workbench?

This could be git related or not. So, what's on your workbench at the moment?

I have 4 scarf joint necks in different stages of work.

A 25" scale pine 5 string neck for a Banjo-Res, A 25" scale Red Oak neck for my 6 string Strat-Res build, A 24 & 1/2" scale Red Oak neck for my 6 string Double Cut Tele build and a 27" scale 6 string Baritone Conversion neck for a Modern Strat body I have.

You can always place a couple of pieces of wood across the piece your working on and then put the clamp on top of that if you can just to help distribute the pressure more evenly.

well, finally i have a bench!! still sorting things out. havent finished the light in the shed . thats a 4 foot fluro on the table. and a monitor and a raspberry Pi so i can get internet in there and check out youtube and forums while i ( allegedly) work ...lol

Also got some tools from my partners dad who had to leave his retirement village due to health . got that vice, a jigsaw, some clamps and various other things. setting up a couple of power points , just need to mount them on the side of the shed.

That's the fun part, setting up. You'll probably change it 15 times before you get settled. Ha ha

I did make this out of PVC. The acoustics weren't great and the pickup isn't all that either, built for the "Plumbers Parts Challenge".

Ironically, I was making wooden bows and in some searching for a finish found the whole cigar box guitar thing! Never tried a pvc one though.

That's funny Kigar, I actually found the original cigar box guitar group searching for a cigar boxes to make a purse at request of my niece :) but I had already built a cbg in my teens, so it was a fateful reminder of my first guitar
