I'm not sure about this group thing just yet But I think I will make a spot here to talk about music. If anybody has any thing they want to add to this thing let me know.
These are just some of my favorites and all I am trying to do here is spread a little Texas Music to folks.

This a girl Joe turned me onto a few nights ago and I am her biggest fan now! Her name is Carolyn Wonderland she's from Austin and has a crazy story check her out.

This next group is called The O's
Kind of a selfish post on my part because they do play one of my Lowebros which you can see here HA!
They are from Dallas and I think they are pretty good too.

And I couldn't talk about Texas music with out mentioning 1100 Springs.
They are from Dallas and I know all the cats pretty well.

Also for you folks who have the good interwebs connection up north or out of range here is a good station to listen to on the internets.

www.khyi.com

And here's a link straight to the music player.

Here's Old Billy Joe Shaver
If you ever get a chance to see him JUMP!
He does weddings too!

These guys can be kind of an aquired taste to some folks but they are a really fun show to see live.
The Asylum Street Spankers.
They are called the Spankers because they do their shows all acoustic and if there is a drunk loud talker in the audience they get him up on stage and the big guy gets out a paddle and gives them some licks in front of everybody.

Steven Fromholz

Terry Allen

No way Lowe, You're Carolyn's #2 fan, hehe. She played last night and I missed her. She's going to Japan now aand I don't know when she's gettin home. Oh yeah, I work at the "Asylum" the spankers refer to. Guadalupe ST used to be called Asylum ST . I work at Austin State Hospital, which used to be called the Texas State Lunatic Asylum from when it opened in 1857 until the 1920's when it was deemed "politically Incorrect" The original 1857 building still stands in the middle of the campus today, it's real neat and creepy.
Ha Cool I should have known you worked there!
We have a big nut house in Terrel it is really creepy looking too.
All the walls inside are different colors and they let the people walk around outside a lot.
A neighbor lady of mine is frequent guest of the place she broke into my house once when I was asleep and screamed at me.
She was mad at me because I didn't have the couch in the right place and there was clothes on the floor.
And she was not scared of my shiny 357 magnum one bit.
A few days later they let her out and she came home in a taxi LOL.
Oh yeah and she opened my fridge up before she screamed at me and helped herself to a slice of ham WTF?
