Run the neck stick thru' the tin, don't leave a gap between the underside of the top of the tin and the neckstick - job's a good 'un.

(Building one is on my to do list but I keep getting distracted by other project ideas :o) )

Thanks for all of that.

Not looking to do a Round tin, use fruit bowls for my round projects.

Will be on the lookout for an oblong tin for my first attempt..

Still not quite sure which to use as the top, the bottom of the tin or the lid.
