Have you changed your browser recently? Updated virus/spyware software? It could be that your computer is blocking cookies.

just trying out your ideas now lads-ta for responding.Im on a mac so no virus software issues havent changed browser-will see if cookies are getting blocked..

Had this same problem intermittently over the last coupla weeks. It's definitely my Internet connection and corporate firewall.

this has  happened to  me  before    here  ..  usually  i  refresh  the   page  ,  type in  the   replay agan  and  it sends  ..    you  can  also   click  "auto  recover"     in the  bottom  of the box after refresh  ..  that  will  display  your saved     reply  ..  then   send  .

but   if you cant see chat  ..   hummm...    are you  using  Internet  explorer  ?   ..  try  downloading chrome  .

You don't need the spaces or . between my email ID and the @
