"Another thing to keep in mind no matter which method you choose it that most (Gitty) tuners are designed for 1/2-5/8" thick headstocks. Don't make it too thick."

"Done both.  I would say the upper one is more classic cbg, the lower is more traditional instrument. Also when I do the lower one normally I put the purple part on top. No veneer needed ( it is already usually to thick) and the joint is covered…"

Hello Everyone.I had a strange idea for a fretboard.Kinda like this picture here. switching the color with every fret and placing the fret wire on the edge of the color switch. I got a few pieces of Oak and Smoked Oak.
