Thank you for your comment. Wearing finger picks and thumb picks not only increase the volume and tone of your guitar, but protect your fingers from blisters. I can dig into the guitar with a lot more force with the picks. At first, they are very difficult to get use to using, but after awhile they are very natural. Enjoy.
