How Do I convert a cda file?

I recorded a multi track song on a Tascam multi track recorder.

It saved the file ac a cda, now I can't do anything with the format.

How do I convert it to a wav or MP3?

Howdy,
Transfer the track to your computer.
Then, convert to mp3 with one of the many free audio conversion sofware bundles available and save it.

Just do a Google search for mp3 conversion software.
